just stumbled onto this roadmap for managing the first 90 days of a new project. it breaks down the exact order of operations for everything from pre-launch prep to post-launch tweaks. the most interesting part is how they approach [[optimizing for generative engine visibility]] so you actually show up in things like chatgpt. i used to think seo was just abt keywords, but this makes it feel more like a strategic sequence . it's basically just managing your crawl budget and schema right . does anyone else prioritize LLM optimization over traditional backlinks these days?

the idea that u can just manage ur way into llm visibility w/ schema is a bit of a stretch. while structured data helps the parser understand entities, it wont save a site if the semantic relevance isnt there. i still find that high-authority backlinks are what actually drive the crawler to discover and trust the new index entries in the first place. u cant optimize for generative engines if ur domain authority is non-existent and no one is linking to your deep pages.

this part sounds way too optimistic. if your site architecture is a mess, even the best schema wont prevent indexing issues during a migration. llm optimization is mostly just high-quality content with clear entity relationships . are you actually seeing any measurable difference in referral traffic from these engines yet?
