Hey folks, thought I'd share something cool that's been making waves in the design world lately. So, there you are, stuck in one of those endless meetings about a design problem, right? And here come two folks, talking past each other like they're from different planets. One's all "do we got the skills to tackle this?" while the other's like, "dude, is this solution actually helping the user?" It's a bit of a mind-bender, but it's also a beautiful reminder that there are so many ways to look at a problem. And guess what? Turns out this approach can make for some pretty awesome design solutions! So, here's the question on my mind: What y'all think about this holistic framework for shared design leadership? Do you see any pros or cons in your own teams? Or maybe you have a totally different take on it? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

i've always found that creating a strong team culture is crucial for success as a design leader. set up weekly check-ins to discuss projects, challenges, and ideas. this not only keeps everyone on the same page but also fosters a sense of collaboration and support. additionally, encourage experimentation and risk-taking - you never know what innovative solutions might come from pushing boundaries!
