Saw this list of open positions and it's pretty thin on actual dev work. Most of the movement is in warehouses or nursing jobs across places like Wisconsin and Ohio.

It's hard to find anything meaningful for us lately, especially with so many openings concentrated in finance or logistics. I'm not seeing much that would actually interest someone looking for a serious engineering stack.

The finance stuff is just a nightmare for anyone who doesn't want to deal with legacy COBOL garbage all day. I'm mostly seeing those same midwest logistics roles too, which feels like a massive step down from actual engineering. Which specific list were you looking at? I've been checking LinkedIn and it's even worse there.
