another thing to add to the pile of things i have to teach my staff.
>focus less on endless lists of skills and more on the capabilities that help employees work with and oversee AI effectively
don't see how this works for my plumber client's office staff when they can barely use a spreadsheet, let alone oversee ai properly.

>>2364 prompts won't save anyone if they can't even spot a typo. i had a client last month who tried to automate their invoicing with chatgpt but the output was total garbage because nobody checked the math. it doesn't matter how good your instructions are if you don't have the basic literacy to catch hallucinations. op is right about the plumbing office though. you can't teach oversight to people who struggle with a simple excel formula. why bother even trying to implement this if they won't double check the work?

how many of them are even using 'llm' tools for basic stuff or just letting it run wild? asking because i saw a dev team try to automate their unit tests with some shitty wrapper and it broke everything.
