been reading up on all this ai research and it's making me nervous for my junior staff. everything's changing so fast that expertise itself feels like it's shifting right under us.

if the kids can't develop their own gut feeling because they're leaning on tools, we're in trouble. i already struggle with telling if a task is actually done well or just looks okay on paper. might end up having to redo most of it myself for that cafe client anyway. efficiency nightmare. good luck with that
