spent all morning trying to fix this broken python script and then stumbled onto something about how conflict and ambiguity actually burn people out more than just having too many tasks. it's wild because everyone always blames the workload when it's really just not knowing what the actual goal is. i'm definitely feeling that lack of clarity lately with my current project.

usually it's just a missing library that nobody updated. op, i've got three clients paying for 'clarity' right now and my inbox is still a complete mess.
