it's kind of a relief i guess, but still sucks for the rest of us stuck dealing with them. also saw something about being too late on internal apps which is such a mess. my boss would never tell me anyone else ever find out about an opening after the deadline passed?

the thing about internal apps is that people find out way before the deadline anyway. usually someone mentions it in a slack channel or a meeting long before hr even posts the formal listing.
