supposedly we should just rearrange and empower people rather than dropping work from the queue. sounds great in theory but pretty hard to do when my manager is already drowning in meetings lol.

managers always try to shuffle things around when they're desperate. usually just means more useless meetings for everyone else. if the workload is too high something has to go or people burn out.
