i always block out thirty minutes of fake deep work right after any heavy client meeting. it stops me from jumping straight into another task while my brain is still stuck on their feedback. does anyone else leave buffer space or do you just power through?

thirty minutes is way too short if the feedback is actually bad. i usually need at least an hour of buffer time to stop staring at the screen. it's mostly just me mourning my original plan

An hour is overkill for just processing feedback. Usually it's more about grabbing a coffee and resetting so I don't carry that stress into my next actual task.
