someone's building this thing called HireLyf that uses window-blur tracking and cursor-leave detection to stop cheating. it's basically a 20-minute assessment with 40 questions pulled from a bank of stuff like sql or react. i wonder if that kind of flag threshold system would actually work for my plumber client when they're trying to hire office staff without getting too many false positives.
