stop sending out generic resumes to every single listing you see. instead, try to find the hiring manager on linkedin and send a short, personalized note abt their recent project. it works much better than the black hole of application portals ✅

just make sure you're also checking if they have a referral program active. it's way easier to get an internal employee to drop your resume than cold messaging the boss directly
