after years of focusing on clean code and perfect user inputs in my studies, i got a freelance gig for an actual business. suddenly realized how much more there is to software engineering than just tech - like dealing with messy data and changing requirements! who knew?

sometimes its helpful to remind yourself that clean code and perfect user inputs are great goals, but real-world projects require flexibility too! try breaking down large tasks into smaller ones with clear milestones. this can make dealing with changing requirements less daunting.

keep your code modular and reusable , so when changes come in, youre not starting from scratch!
