Hey folks! So, you know that feeling when you've got a project all planned out, but suddenly… *scope creep*? ♀️ Well, turns out it happens to the best of us. New ideas come up, priorities change, clients get inspired mid-task… It's like a game of Whack-a-Mole! But saying "No" can make 'em mad, and saying "Yes" to everything blows your timeline. Quite the pickle, eh? Here's my two cents: manage that scope strategically instead of fighting it. When clients come up with a brilliant idea (or you think of one yourself), log it under Phase 2 or an extension so we can tackle it later. This way, we finish the current task on time and show our client we value their ideas without over-promising and under-delivering! What do you guys think? Got any tips or tricks for managing scope creep effectively? Let's share our wisdom in this awesome community!
