sharing leap stories can be inspiring! i've made 3 job switches in the past five years and each one has brought new opportunities. my latest jump was from a small startup to a well-known tech company where my skills were better utilized. it wasn't easy, but it paid off with higher pay, more benefits & greater learning potential! don't be afraid of job hopping; embrace the change if you find yourself in situations that aren't fulfilling or limiting your growth
