Tried something new this week - the Daily UX Writing Challenge! It's a fun 15-day exercise to hone our skills in writing user-friendly messages for different scenarios across various interfaces. So, I thought I'd share my journey with you all, discussing the challenges, my thought process, and the final drafts. Let's kick things off! Today's Challenge: What if your flight gets cancelled? ✈️ Can you believe it? A test to write clear, empathetic messages for travelers dealing with unexpected flight cancellations.
