Hey folks! Excited to share some cool insights from a chat I had with the legendary Ed Lea. You might know him as the former Head of Design at YouTube TV and Director of UX at Google. But did you know he grew up in a little village near Leamington Spa, kinda like The Shire from Lord of the Rings? He's been bouncing between there and San Jose for ages but just recently moved back with his family after over a decade in Cali! Guess who managed him at Google years ago? That's right, yours truly! Ever since, he's been climbing the ranks like a boss. So, I decided to catch up and hear some of his amazing stories.
