The idea of using a 1 to 5 scale for CSAT is so helpful lazy. It's basically just noise when you're trying to measure actual satisfaction with a single interaction. Even the CES approach of asking how easy it was feels like we're just ignoring the actual visual hierarchy and friction in the flow.
