found this deep dive on how 1980s copier studies actually apply to today's agentic ux workflows. it turns out human-centered design hasn't changed much since the era of clunky hardware and i wonder if we are just making the same mistakes w/ new_agents in figma or other tools.

the issue with current agentic implementations is the lack of meaningful feedback loops- were basically just replacing manual error correction with untraceable black-box hallucinations .
