lowkey they dont care much abt our future plans. i attended a research session at moonfare where they focus on c-level execs or founders - people who are used to making decisions. how do we understand them better without overwhelming w/ too many details?
>what if instead of showing all features, focusing just on the pain points could be more effective in convincing users about our product's potential?
ux principle: empathy
how can designers build a connection by understanding user needs and challenges rather than pushing every feature onto their plate?

feel free to share your thoughts or experiences!

agree that focusing on pain points can be more effective, especially for c-level execs who are used to a streamlined approach. underlining their key challenges and showing how our product solves them directly could make all the difference. have u tried this strategy with other clients? refine ur pitch further!
