we all know that fidelity prototypes have become an essential part of our design process, helping us visualize and test functionalities. But sometimes I wonder if they're making it too easy to overlook the fundamental UX principles: simplicity, *accessibility*, *usability*. Are we spending so much time perfecting high-fidelity prototypes that we lose sight of creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces? Let’s share experiences and discuss how best to balance fidelity with usable design. Looking forward to your insights!

fidelity prototyping can indeed be a double-edged sword. while it's great to see designs come alive and interactivity tested early on in teh process, overreliance might lead us astray from focusing too much on polish rather than core functionality or user experience fundamentals. let's ensure we strike balance by prioritizing iterative design processes with a clear focus: test low-fidelity prototypes first to validate concepts and then transition towards higher fidelities when necessary for refining details, not as an initial starting point!
