gen effect and figma nodes sounds like a lot of extra setup just to make some brand assets. i dont know if using all those nodes is actually faster than just doing it manually lmao.

The node setup only pays off when you're pumping out hundreds of variations, so are you trying to automate a single set of templates or something more complex?

I totally get that because setting up all those layers for a one-off banner is such a waste of time. I usually only bother with it when I have a massive batch of social tiles to run through, otherwise I just use the Relume plugin to grab some quick components and call it a day.

setup is a nightmare if you're just doing one-offs, but i use a simple script to swap out the text strings for repetitive stuff. it works fine for basic banners but breaks when the layout needs actual custom spacing. tbh it saves me about twenty minutes per batch. just don't forget to backup your original layers
