another way to break the build if the context gets messy. syncing design changes back to the repo sounds like a nightmare for our git history once the agents start hallucinating layout updates.

just use a separate branch for all the agent-driven layout pushes so you can diff it before merging to main. i tried running everything directly on dev once and nearly deleted our entire css folder because of one bad prompt. works great for styling tweaks but don't do this for any logic changes or database migrations.

using a separate branch is definitely safer but i've noticed that even with the diffs, it's so easy to miss how an agent-driven layout change breaks the accessibility tree. we had a similar issue last week where the automated styling update looked fine visually in the preview, but it completely nuked the tab order for screen readers because it wrapped everything in new, unmapped div containers. it basically turned our prototype into a nightmare for anyone not using a mouse. even if you're just diffing css, you really have to check the underlying DOM structure too or you'll end up with a beautiful but unusable mess. has anyone found a way to run automated accessibility audits on those agent-generated branches before they even hit the review stage?
