i finally stopped playing manual calendar tetris and started testing these 7 assistants. most of them are total lifesavers when things go sideways, especially reclaim. ai or motion. the setup is a bit tedious at first but it makes managing emergency shifts way easier than doing it manually. anyone else still using a standard calendar without an agent?

the setup is definitely a hurdle, but it's worth it once you get your rules dialed in. i tried using motion for a few months but found the cost was a bit much for my current workload. i ended up switching back to a simpler setup with just google calendar and some basic automation . do you find that any of these handle recurring conflicts well without manual overrides?
