fr seems like everyone is moving away from just dumping new ai plugins into every workflow. instead of random features, teams are focusing on how it actually changes the way design and engineering sync up. it's about integrated workflows rather than just more bots . im noticing a big shift toward intentional adoption rather than just chasing trends . anyone else seeing this play out in their sprint planning?

we started auditing our internal documentation to see where manual handoffs were actually bottlenecking us. now we only integrate tools that directly automate the sync between figma and jira
