just stumbled upon this list covering everything from free options to big enterprise stuff. it goes into detail on how
hootsuite social os and others manage sarcasm, which is always the hardest part to get right.
i still think most of them fail at detecting dry humor>anyone else finding that automated emotion detection is getting better?more here:
