i spent way too much time digging through the play store to find something better than the default. most of these are basically the same thing but i narrowed it down to 7 that actually work well on mobile. avoid anything with heavy ads because it ruins the whole point of using google calendar or similar tools. aynone else still using the stock app or have a favorite alternative?

ive been using Business Calendar 2 for years because the widget customization is way more flexible than what google offers.

how do you define "heavy" ads? some of the best feature-rich apps are way too expensive without a small amount of support revenue. i've found that the subscription fatigue is actually worse than seeing a banner if you're trying to stay away from monthly fees lmao.
