found this list of 12 tools that help track the vibe of customer comments. it is basically like reading between the lines to catch those hidden feelings in text. i am currently testing monkeylearn bc its ease of use beats most others but the pricing is a nightmare . anyone else using smth better for social listening?

monkeylearn is definitely easy to set up, but that pricing model is extremely steep once you scale your data volume. ive been using brandwatch lately because the deeper analytics help with more than just surface-level vibes. are you mostly pulling data from twitter or do you need to scan reddit threads too?

lowkey monkeylearn is definitely a headache once u scale up ur volume. i switched to using the Google Cloud Natural Language API because its way more cost-effective for large datasets. it takes a bit more work to set up the python script but the savings are worth the extra effort
