i just finished comparing some new autonomous agents after moving away from my ancient, manual setup. it feels like magic compared to the old days but is anyone actually finding zero-touch automation works for larger teams or is it still mostly for small workflows?

the issue w/ scaling 'zero-touch' is that the logic tends to break once you hit complex, multi-stage pipelines. i found that while lead enrichment works fine on its own, you still need a human in the loop for smth involving high-value account mapping. if you arent using custom triggers to audit the agent's decision logs, you'll eventually end up with a massive mess of hallucinated data in your main database .
