lately i came across this awesome blog post that totally changed my perspective on how to break the cycle of stagnation in development teams. instead of relying solely on fancy new tools, it suggests focusing first and foremost on simple
git workflows (yes! ⭐) like pull requests.
i know some are still stuck w/o any version control at all - no git or svn? what's next for them! but tbh rn i see the value in just getting a basic system up. once they're used to collaborating and reviewing code, then scaling can happen organically
⚡the key takeaway: small steps win over big leaps tech adoption ❤️
anyone else trying this out with success? or have other tips for kickstarting development workflows in slow-moving teams
