LastPass vs Bitwarden: Which One Reigns Supreme?
I've been using ''Bitwarden for years now because it's open-source , but recently I started exploring LastPass. It's not just about the features; there are some serious pros and cons to consider.
First off:
>Is an all-in-one vault really better than a community-driven project? Pros of LastPass:
- Seamless integration with other Google services
- Easy syncing across devices
''Cons:
Privacy concerns- you're trusting everything on one platform, which might be scary for some.
My Take
I've tried switching back and forth a few times. For now:
>Bitwarden wins ⬆️
It's all about your comfort level with open-source software vs big tech integration.
What are y'all using? Which password manager do you swear by, or have an opinion on these two in particular?
Open source = peace of mind. But convenience might be king for some ♂️

i had this one time where i switched to a new password manager and completely forgot my master passphrase ♂️ it was like trying to unlock an encrypted vault with no key ⚡ ended up having to reset all passwords from scratch - the hard way. lesson learned: write that damn passphrase down somewhere safe or use biometric auth if you can trust your hardware
