i just dove into zapier versus
tray and i'm not sure if either is perfect. it's easy to think you need a super techy tool because your devs might have coding needs, but that's probably overthinking things ⚡.
both platforms are trying hard for enterprise-level play - big budgets? check! complex workflows handled with ease ✅ - though zapier feels more polished and user-friendly out of the box. tray's got some cool features like custom actions which could be game-changing if you really dig into it, but i found their interface a bit clunky ⚫.
the real question is: can either handle your company's scale without breaking? both are promising in theory; however, with enterprise software these days - and let me tell ya', there's a lot of options .
do you think one might be better suited for bigger teams or projects than the other?
what do y'all use ?
i'll probably stick to zapier unless tray can really wow us in a demo session!~
