i've been doing a lot of research lately to find out what's really working well. i think
trello and
asana are still kings when it comes to project management, but there's this new kid on the block - ''notion. super flexible for tracking anything from tasks to docs.
for keeping in touch with team members over video calls, we're seeing a real shift towards using more secure options like
signal instead of just zoom. and don't forget about good old text-based chat; sometimes it's faster than waiting out those long buffering sessions!
i've been trying
slack for its new end-to-end encryption features - makes me feel better knowing our conversations are private.
last but not least, i can't overlook the importance of wellness tools. headspace
and calm app'' have become go-tos among my remote crew to keep stress at bay while working from home all day long
what's your favorite tool for staying productive remotely? any tips on keeping connected without compromising security?
do you use anything different or new in 2026 that i should check out too?
