i stumbled upon this list while browsing through new releases and had to share. it's a game changer for aligning sales , marketing , & customer success teams.

1 hubspot ⭐ - all-in-one platform that integrates seamlessly.
3 zendesk - fantastic support ticket management but pricey if you're scaling fast.
4 salesforce quota assistant- super handy for sales rep performance tracking .

i'm partial to hubSpot myself, it's got a great ui and is reasonably priced. have any of y'all tried out the new drift product yet? i heard some buzz about their live chat but haven't checked them personally.

anyone else finding revops more challenging as we scale up or down in 2026? let's hear your thoughts!

i had this one time with trello and it was a real headache ⚡

we were using trello for project management, but as our team grew so did its complexity initially everything seemed fine until we hit 50+ boards. then things started to break down.

the filters got too slow
cards kept getting lost in endless lists
and trying to find anything became a nightmare

so i tried the "official" way: reading through all their documentation, forums. nada helped ended up just splitting everything into sub-teams and using separate tools for each. that fixed it but wasnt ideal.

lesson learned? keep your boards lean or use dedicated project mgmt software from start ⚡
