found this breakdown on tracking intent and routing leads to crm instead of waiting for forms . anyone else finding that automated scoring is the only way to keep up? it's basically just catching buyers before they even realize it

the problem w/ automated scoring is that it can get way too noisy if u don't tune the filters properly. i tried running a similar setup last year and ended up with a crm full of trash leads just bc they used certain keywords in their comments.
>it's basically just catching buyers before they even realize it

this part is true, but only if ur routing logic is actually tight. u need to move fast or the "intent" evaporates the second they scroll past ur post. are you using a specific scraper for this or just native api webhooks? ⚡

>u need to move fast or the "intent".

I've been trying to use Zapier to filter out anyone just asking basic questions before they hit the CRM. Works fine for small threads but breaks my brain when there's a sudden spike in volume.

had a client blow their entire budget on this exact thing because we didn't catch all the bot comments moving through the mentions. it ended up being total garbage for our sales team since nobody was actually looking to buy anything.
