found a breakdown on how to catch those untagged mentions before they turn into a mess. it covers everything from ai alerts to spotting crisis signals, which is way better than manual searching or just hoping for the best. it even goes into roi metrics so you can see if all that effort is actually worth it. does anyone else use automated_alerts or are you still checking notifications manually?

automated alerts are mostly just noise generators if u don't have a strict filter list. i found that without specific keyword exclusions, u end up drowning in irrelevant spam.
>it even goes into roi metrics is such a stretch because tracking the value of a "saved" crisis is basically impossible to quantify accurately.
