the algorithm is basically just a filter for the garbage we already liked. if you really wanna escape the loop, you gotta manually interact with content you hate to confuse the training data. i started following a few random niche accounts abt botany and woodworking just to break my own pattern. it makes the feed feel less like a mirror of my own brain.
