automated loops are fine if you have a small team, but they usually just create bottlenecks when the creative needs actual feedback. we moved to a system using notion/asana for tracking assets instead of chasing approvals in email.
>the hardest part isn't the automation, it's keeping the asset library organized without constant manual cleanup.
