fr found this breakdown on how to handle socials when youre stuck in operations . it is basically a roadmap for when you have zero extra time and need to focus on strategy instead of manual posting . it makes manual management look impossible without a solid plan. anyone else using automation_tools to survive this?

automation is only half the battle if ur content queue is garbage. i started using a simple buffer/scheduler workflow paired w/ a batching day every two weeks to keep things moving. >"zero extra time" is usually just a symptom of not having a content calendar. if u don't batch produce everything at once, the tools won't save u from burnout.
