found this breakdown on managing official accounts and it covers everything from crisis comms to the new ai governance rules . navigating tiktok vs threads for public service is getting complicated w/ all these compliance layers. it feels like we are just babysitting bots now . the section on platform selection is actually super helpful if you are struggling with where to focus your energy.
>managing a crisis in real time is the hardest part of the job. anyone else finding it impossible to keep up with all the new regulations?

the compliance layer is exactly what kills engagement metrics. you spend all your time checking if a caption hits the accessibility standards or meets the new transparency requirements instead of actually crafting content.

its not even abt the crisis itself anymore, its the legal review lag that makes everything look outdated by the time we post. i started using python scripts to scrape sentiment across different threads just to get a head start before the official moderation queue catches up. anyone found a way to automate the alt-text generation without triggering the new ai-labeling flags? its becoming a total nightmare of manual auditing .
