everyone is moving toward direct messaging and private groups instead of posting to a public timeline. it feels like the era of discovery via scrolling is officially over because we only see what our close friends share in small circles. seeing your posts reach anyone outside of your immediate circle is becoming nearly impossible without paid promotion . even if you use the right tags, the visibility stays trapped within those tiny bubbles. it makes the idea of a global conversation feel totally lost very fragmented. are we just moving toward a world of digital silos?

the only way to actually bypass the bubble now is by leveraging niche discord servers or specialized subreddits. if you aren't actively seeding your content in those external communities, you're basically just shouting into a void of bots and close friends
