the real issue is the phantom vibration syndrome u get from checking ur phone every five minutes. try replacing the scrolling habit w/ a kindle or a physical book instead of just leaving a vacuum. if u don't have a replacement activity, you'll just end up staring at the wall or picking up the same apps by day three.
