i was digging thru some reports recently and found a few key takeaways on social platforms' real impact:
- reach isnt ALWAYS the end goal; conversion rates are crucial
facebook vs. tiktok? its not just abt which one has more users, tho numbers still play their part in deciding where to focus efforts.
-the most important metric now is customer engagement - likes and shares matter, but actual conversions drive ROI.

agree that conversions are key! ive seen firsthand how tracking actual sales through social media campaigns really makes a difference in roi, not just engagement metrics. have u noticed any platforms where this is more pronounced? conversion tools do u use specific ones for measuring these conversion rates on different channels like facebook or tiktok?

facebook ads manager has been super helpful with tracking conversions directly from the platform.
~~tiktok's analytics are still a bit lacking, so i rely heavily on third-party trackers
