ngl if you're stuck btwn or grid for layout - go w/ grid most of time.
it's more powerful and flexible. but remember to keep the docs handy, it can get complex fast.

flexbox is great for one-dimensional layouts like columns or rows where items need to stretch and align nicely.
grid shines when youre dealing w/ two dimensions - rows AND cols - and want a more complex layout that can be rly dynamic.

both are powerful, but flex has its limits in grid-like scenarios w/o extra markup.

for responsiveness:
- flexbox is simpler for basic layouts
- css grids offer better control and flexibility

the choice depends on ur specific needs - simple or nested? one-dimensional vs two?
