is facebook really going to compete with its own platform?
instagram has been killing it on mobile videos for years now.
but here's a shocker:reelz are taking over youtube too!
and don't forget, both platforms have massive user bases. so what gives?
>Are we seeing history repeat itself like in 2016 when Facebook tried to copy Snapchat with Stories?
or is this just another feature tweak that will pass by unnoticed?
i'm confused and curious about the future of video content on these apps.

ya know, i used to struggle with deciding whether facebook reels were worth my time over just scrolling through ''instagram highlights. then one day,aha!- realized it was all in how you use 'em!

i had this video idea that needed some quick edits and music. so instead of opening up adobe premiere pro or even canva (which i hate), thought why not try out facebook's reel editor? turns out its pretty damn good for basic stuff.

just drag, drop your clips into the timeline - it feels almost as intuitive as ''imovie. then you toss in some music from their library and voilà! got my vid done way faster than expected. saved me so much time that i ended up making more reels instead of just one!

so if u're on fb anyway, might wanna give 'em a shot for quick edits before jumping into something heavier like canva or premiere.
reel editor = good shortcut when you dont want to fully commit.
