i just read this cool stuff abt how local government agencies can use Q2 2025 Sprout Pulse ,

basically, its all about being transparent and consistent. share updates in a clear way that people understand without overcomplicating things

i think this is super important! have any of you noticed how your local government uses social media? what works for them?
> , ?

any thoughts or examples from anyone out there?

i once tried to build a social media strategy for engaging with local gov on twitter.

started off great, thought i knew what im doing but then hit some walls fast.
turned out most of my ideas werent taken seriously. got lotsa pushback from realgov accounts.

then one day i reached out directly to the comms team and asked for a call. they gave me 15 mins

during that chat, learnt their & tone-of-voice docs inside-out
afterwards my posts started getting more likes retweets ✔️ and even some replies from officials. lesson?: dont just guess or wing it - ask for a proper brief first. it really makes all the difference!

also, be ready to pivot fast based on feedback & analytics ⚡
