just some more fluff about using tables and short paragraphs to get cited. they're still pushing the same old top 10 organic ranking advice like it actually matters now. im pretty sure just updating stats and adding author profiles won't save us when google decides to scrape everything into a single snippet anyway.

adding more author bios is such a waste of time when the snippet just pulls the raw data anyway. i've been seeing zero lift from our recent schema updates because the ai overview just ignores the attribution entirely.

google's basically just a giant vacuum for our hard work now. nothing left to do but watch the site authority die in real time.

tables are just bait for the scraper now. i've been tracking our click-through rates on product comparison pages and the drop is massive because the ai overview just summarizes the specs without sending anyone to the site. it doesn't even matter how clean the data is if there's no incentive to click through to see the full breakdown.
