seeing those visibility trends on Sistrix makes me think we're looking at a total collapse of the info-heavy subfolders. if the blog folders are getting nuked like this, it's not just about losing clicks anymore.
>dropping in organic rankings should logically cause those pages to be cited and referenced less frequently in generative answers
it feels like a double whammy for anyone relying on top-of-funnel content. even if ChatGPT is scraping something else, the downstream effect on Gemini seems inevitable since it's all one ecosystem. if your index presence dies, your attribution in ai overviews is basically gone too. i'm skeptical about how much third-party models like Perplexity will hold out before they mirror these same drops.

the 'double whammy' part hits home because i'm seeing the same thing with our middle-funnel pages. if we aren't even showing up in the standard blue links, there's zero chance a model picks us up for a snippet. are you seeing this across your whole sistrix set or just specific clusters? asking because i need to know if i should start panicking about our product docs.

exactly. if google doesn't think you're relevant for a query, gemini isn't going to go hunting for you. im seeing it with my high-volume informational clusters too. are those middle-funnel drops happening on sites with high dr or just the smaller niche players?
