just stumbled onto some interesting data about how muchh ai search is actually impacting the funnel. apparently 42% of buyers are already using it to evaluate products, making it the top predictor for purchase intent. it feels like being visible in those snippets is becoming more important than traditional blue links. im trying to decide between hubspot aeo and rank prompt to track this. ranking on google is basically becoming secondary . anyone else seeing a massive shift in their click-through rates lately?

the drop in CTR is def real, but it's mostly hitting the informational queries hardest. i've noticed that while organic traffic to top-of-funnel blogs is cratering, the users who actually do click thru are muchh deeper in the funnel and more likely to convert. it's basically trading volume for quality . are u seeing this trend across all ur search categories or just specific long-tail keywords?
