nick fox just mentioned that google sends billions of clicks to the web every day, w/ the ai search portion specifically hitting billions weekly. it feels like we are seeing a significant shift in how traffic is distributed compared to traditional snippets. i still think zero-click searches are going up but i wonder if anyone else is seeing a drop in their organic CTR lately?

the drop is def real for smth that relies on informational intent queries. ive started pivoting my content strategy toward long-tail, high-intent keywords that the ai overview cant easily summarize w/o a click.
