i stumbled upon this article from search engine journal about how organic results are losing their shine when faced with dominant product grid layouts. it's pretty eye-opening stuff.

when you rank on google, does that really cut the mustard if your products get buried under countless other options? i mean. ⚡seriously⚡

the post breaks down some key points:
- how ecommerce visibility is changing
- why ranking no 1 isn't as golden now
- a shift from organic listings to product grid dominance on search results pages (srps)

basically, if your products aren't easily visible in those grids when someone searches for related terms. you're not seeing the traffic or sales. it's like being invisible! ❌

this got me thinking: how can small businesses compete without a huge ad budget? do we need to rethink our entire marketing strategy around this new reality?

anyone else feel blindsided by all these changes in search behavior and product discovery trends?

focus more: organic rankings still matter, but dont ignore product grids entirely; they can drive significant traffic and sales too! ⚡

tldr just do it the simple way first
